Abstract Drawing trees and figures in the subject Graph Theory (Mathematics) is arequirement for researchers and teachers. This include loops, arcs, nodes, weights for edges. This article aims to get started with PSTricks by keepingtwo commands in mind viz. pstree and psmatrix with their most usefuloptions with the help of which a reader can draw neat tree diagrams, loops, can label nodes, add weights to edges. After completing the diagram, onecan add these diagrams to TEX file. So working knowledge about drawingfigures in graph theory can be gained.
Contains an example how to use different appenders for different logging levels within the same class (probably VERY useful for out MinimalisicSpringWrapper scenario...)
For better or for worse, Adobe's Portable Document Format (PDF) is a wildly popular way of exchanging information. On Windows and Mac OS, most people create PDF files by first creating a PostScript file and then using Adobe Acrobat Distiller to generate a PDF. Linux, however, has no version of Distiller. There are a number of ways to create a PDF in Linux, but one of the most popular methods is to use a utility called ps2pdf.
