Im Prozess der Digitalisierung wird zunehmend die Nachfrage nach Bargeld verdrängt und der Zahlungsverkehr privatisiert. Spiegelbild dieser Entwicklung ist ein Machtverlust der Zentralbanken, ihr Instrumentenset droht an Effizienz zu verlieren. Eine in jüngerer Zeit viel diskutierte Reaktion der Zentralbanken auf diese Problematik ist das digitale Zentralbankgeld mit einem Zentralbank-Konto für Jedermann. Dieser Beitrag erläutert die Konzeption, die Ausgestaltungsoptionen, die Einbettung in den operativen Rahmen der Geldpolitik sowie die makroökonomischen Implikationen des digitalen Zentralbankgelds.

Digitalization increasingly replaces the demand for cash and leads to a privatization of payment systems. A recently discussed central bank reaction is central bank digital currency. This article discusses the concept, design options, the implementation into the monetary policy framework, and the macroeconomic consequences of a central bank digital currency.

Cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin might revolutionize the economy through enabling peer-to-peer based transactions by abolishing the need for a trusted intermediary. As for now, Bitcoin remains to be the best recognized cryptocurrency, in particular in terms of market capitalization. However, as this paper shows, there are plenty of alternatives. This paper outlines the historical roots which have led to the creation of privately emitted, cryptography based digital currencies. Additionally, this paper discusses future possible hurdles of the development of cryptocurrencies and outlines features which might influence the success of a cryptocurrency. Insights into the beginning of cryptocurrency development are gained by analysis of the publicly available DOACC dataset. The paper does so by providing an overview of the techniques and mechanisms used by cryptocurrencies. It shows that newly created cryptocurrencies tend to be very similar in some properties in the early stages but new features and more diversity developed in more recent years. Additionally, newly created cryptocurrencies tend more and more to create a fixed number of coins before the initial announcement in order to sell these in Initial Coin Offerings. Even when the amount of premining increases over years, it remains at lower levels on the aggregate.

Patients use various sources to obtain information on pharmaceutical drugs. Mobile health care applications (apps) providing drug information to users are increasingly made available and of rising importance for the health care domain. However, apps usually offer functionality that only medical professionals or vendors consider useful for patients, although their considerations are not likely to meet patient expectations. In our exploratory study, we identify 33 features patients expect in apps for drug information provision with interviews and empirically assess their perceived importance in an online survey. Results indicate that patients desire personalization features for provided information but not for the app interface. This work contributes to research and practice by identifying and empirically ranking drug information provision features patients find important. We furthermore establish a foundation for future research on effective mobile drug information provision and provide insights for practice on development of patient-centered mobile health apps.

Kryptowährungen wie der Bitcoin sind mit dem Ziel gestartet, Finanzintermediäre wie Zentralbanken und Geschäftsbanken teilweise durch die Distributed-Ledger-Technologie zu ersetzen. Dies ermöglicht Transaktionen auf einer Peer-to-Peer-Basis. Die Autoren zeigen, wie gut die neue Währungskonkurrenz die Geldfunktionen erfüllt und welche komparativen Vorteile sie mit sich bringt. Zudem werden die Auswirkungen auf Konzeption und Durchführung der „traditionellen`` Geldpolitik skizziert.

Cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoins may revolutionize the financial system by at least partially replacing intermediaries such as central banks and commercial banks. The blockchain technology enables users to transact on a peer-to-peer basis. This imposes a serious threat on the financial intermediaries as well as on monetary policy authorities. In this paper, we examine how well cryptocurrencies fulfill the functions of a fiat money and discuss the comparative advantages of cryptocurrencies. We proceed by exploring the implications of digital currencies for the concept and conduct of monetary policy

Ziel dieser Dissertation ist es, eine Klasse interferometrischer Messgeräte zu charakterisieren und weiter zu entwickeln. Die Modulation der optischen Weglänge (OPLM) im Referenzarm eines interferometrischen Messsystems ist ein anpassungsfähiger Ansatz. Sie ist zur Messung von Oberächenprolen mit einer Auösung bis in den sub-nm-Bereich bei einem Messbereich von bis zu 100 m geeignet. Wird ein statisches Messobjekt gemessen, tritt durch die Modulation im Referenzarm am Detektor ein periodisches Interferenzmuster auf. Dies ist in der unten stehenden Abbildung schematisch dargestellt. Bei einer Veränderung des Abstandes zwischen Objekt und Messgerät kann aus der Phasen- und/oder Hüllkurvenverschiebung im Interferenzmuster die Abstandsänderung abgeleitet werden. Im Rahmen der Arbeit sind zwei funktionsfähige OPLM-Messsysteme entwickelt, aufgebaut und getestet worden. Diese demonstrieren, dass der OPLM-Ansatz ein breites Spektrum an Anwendungen durch eine optische Messung abdecken kann. Allerdings zeigen sich an den Messsystemen auch die Limitierungen des OPLM-Ansatzes. Die Systeme basieren auf einer Punktmessung mittels einer fasergekoppelten Sonde sowie auf einer linienförmigen Messung durch eine Zeilenkamera. Um eine hohe laterale Auösung zu erzielen, wird die Zeilenkamera mit einem Mikroskop kombiniert. Damit ächenhaft gemessen werden kann, ist es notwendig, Messobjekt und Sensor zueinander zu verschieben. Daher wird eine Theorie entwickelt, unter welchen Randbedingungen bewegte Objekte von einem OPLM-Messsystem aufgelöst werden können. Die Theorie wird anschlieÿend experimentell überprüft und bestätigt. Für die Auswertung der bei der Modulation der optischen Weglänge entstehenden Interferenzen existieren bereits einige erprobte Algorithmen, welche auf ihre Eignung hin untersucht und mit selbst entwickelten Algorithmen verglichen werden. Auch wird darauf eingegangen, welches die zentralen Herausforderungen bei der Planung von OPLM-Interferometern sind und wie sich insbesondere die Wahl des Aktors für die OPLM auf das gesamte Messsystem auswirkt. Bei den beiden Messsystemen werden jeweils wichtige Komponenten wie analoge Elektronik und Aktorik sowie ihre Funktionsweise erläutert. Es wird detailliert beschrieben, wie ein OPLMMesssystem charakterisiert und kalibriert werden muss, um möglichst zuverlässige Messwerte zu liefern. Abschlieÿend werden die Möglichkeiten der beiden entwickelten Systeme durch Beispielmessungen demonstriert, sowie ihre Messgenauigkeit charakterisiert.

Abstract Communities can intuitively be defined as subsets of nodes of a graph with a dense structure in the corresponding subgraph. However, for mining such communities usually only structural aspects are taken into account. Typically, no concise nor easily interpretable community description is provided. For tackling this issue, this paper focuses on description-oriented community detection using subgroup discovery. In order to provide both structurally valid and interpretable communities we utilize the graph structure as well as additional descriptive features of the graph’s nodes. A descriptive community pattern built upon these features then describes and identifies a community, i.e., a set of nodes, and vice versa. Essentially, we mine patterns in the “description space” characterizing interesting sets of nodes (i.e., subgroups) in the “graph space”; the interestingness of a community is evaluated by a selectable quality measure. We aim at identifying communities according to standard community quality measures, while providing characteristic descriptions of these communities at the same time. For this task, we propose several optimistic estimates of standard community quality functions to be used for efficient pruning of the search space in an exhaustive branch-and-bound algorithm. We demonstrate our approach in an evaluation using five real-world data sets, obtained from three different social media applications.

<p>The issue of sustainability is at the top of the political and societal agenda, being considered of extreme importance and urgency. Human individual action impacts the environment both locally (e.g., local air/water quality, noise disturbance) and globally (e.g., climate change, resource use). Urban environments represent a crucial example, with an increasing realization that the most effective way of producing a change is involving the citizens themselves in monitoring campaigns (a citizen science bottom-up approach). This is possible by developing novel technologies and IT infrastructures enabling large citizen participation. Here, in the wider framework of one of the first such projects, we show results from an international competition where citizens were involved in mobile air pollution monitoring using low cost sensing devices, combined with a web-based game to monitor perceived levels of pollution. Measures of shift in perceptions over the course of the campaign are provided, together with insights into participatory patterns emerging from this study. Interesting effects related to inertia and to direct involvement in measurement activities rather than indirect information exposure are also highlighted, indicating that direct involvement can enhance learning and environmental awareness. In the future, this could result in better adoption of policies towards decreasing pollution.</p>

Today’s system developers and operators face the challenge of creating software systems that make efficient use of dynamically allocated resources under highly variable and dynamic load profiles, while at the same time delivering reliable performance. Benchmarking of systems under these constraints is difficult, as state-of-the-art benchmarking frameworks provide only limited support for emulating such dynamic and highly vari- able load profiles for the creation of realistic workload scenarios. Industrial benchmarks typically confine themselves to workloads with constant or stepwise increasing loads. Alternatively, they support replaying of recorded load traces. Statistical load inten- sity descriptions also do not sufficiently capture concrete pattern load profile variations over time. To address these issues, we present the Descartes Load Intensity Model (DLIM). DLIM provides a modeling formalism for describing load intensity variations over time. A DLIM instance can be used as a compact representation of a recorded load intensity trace, providing a powerful tool for benchmarking and performance analysis. As manually obtaining DLIM instances can be time consuming, we present three different automated extraction methods, which also help to enable autonomous system analysis for self-adaptive systems. Model expressiveness is validated using the presented extraction methods. Extracted DLIM instances exhibit a median modeling error of 12.4% on average over nine different real-world traces covering between two weeks and seven months. Additionally, extraction methods perform orders of magnitude faster than existing time series decomposition approaches.

Scholarly success is traditionally measured in terms of citations to publications. With the advent of publication man- agement and digital libraries on the web, scholarly usage data has become a target of investigation and new impact metrics computed on such usage data have been proposed – so called altmetrics. In scholarly social bookmarking sys- tems, scientists collect and manage publication meta data and thus reveal their interest in these publications. In this work, we investigate connections between usage metrics and citations, and find posts, exports, and page views of publications to be correlated to citations.

The application of ubiquitous and social computational systems shows a rapidly increasing trend in our everyday environments: Enhancing social interactions and communication in both online and real-world settings is an important issue in a broad range of application contexts. This chapter describes the development of ubiquitous and social software for enhancing social networking. The Connect-U demonstrator features a class of such applications. In particular, it comprises the Conferator and MyGroup applications for enabling smarter social interactions in the context of conferences and working groups. We describe the applied socio-technical design process, and discuss experiences and lessons learned.

Sensor data is objective. But when measuring our environment, measured values are contrasted with our perception, which is always subjective. This makes interpreting sensor measurements difficult for a single person in her personal environment. In this context, the EveryAware projects directly connects the concepts of objective sensor data with subjective impressions and perceptions by providing a collective sensing platform with several client applications allowing to explicitly associate those two data types. The goal is to provide the user with personalized feedback, a characterization of the global as well as her personal environment, and enable her to position her perceptions in this global context. In this poster we summarize the collected data of two EveryAware applications, namely WideNoise for noise measurements and AirProbe for participatory air quality sensing. Basic insights are presented including user activity, learning processes and sensor data to perception correlations. These results provide an outlook on how this data can further be used to understand the connection between sensor data and perceptions.

PUMA ist ein Publikationsmanagement-System für die Verwaltung von Internetlesezeichen und zur gemeinsamen Nutzung von wissenschaftlichen Publikationen. Die Organisation geschieht dabei über Tags. PUMA ist so konzipiert, dass es als alleiniges Eingabeportal für bibliografische Metadaten dienen kann. So können Forscher PUMA nicht nur als Online-Literaturverwaltung nutzen, sondern auch eigene Publikationen auf dem Dokumentenserver ihrer Universitätsbibliothek veröffentlichen. Ein Modul, das für das Discovery System VuFind entwickelt wurde, schlägt Brücken zwischen den Funktionen der klassischen VuFind-Favoritenliste und Cloud-Funktionen von PUMA. Favorisierte Literaturrecherchen können in einer Merkliste gespeichert werden und stehen sofort in PUMA zur Verfügung. Dadurch lassen sich die Publikationen in eine Vielzahl von Formaten und Zitierstilen exportieren. Zudem müssen die Einträge nicht über verschiedene Merklisten gruppiert werden, sondern lassen sich durch die freie Vergabe von Tags deutlich differenzierter organisieren. Mit PUMA können die Nutzer ihre Daten leicht mit anderen teilen, was es auch für den Einsatz in der Lehre und für Forschergruppen interessant macht. Eine Erweiterung für die eLearning-Plattform Moodle erlaubt die Literaturverwaltung für Online-Kurse. Ähnliche Anwendungen für weitere Plattformen werden derzeit entwickelt. Plugins für Content-Management-Systeme ermöglichen Wissenschaftlern sowie Forscher- und Seminargruppen die Darstellung von in PUMA gepflegten Publikationen auf ihren Webseiten. Metadaten aus Publikationswebseiten vieler wissenschaftlicher Verlage lassen sich über Browser-Plugins in PUMA importieren und stehen zur Weiterverarbeitung in Literaturverwaltungen wie Citavi oder zum Zitieren in einer Textverarbeitung zur Verfügung. PUMA fügt sich mit diesen Schnittstellen in die bestehenden Anwendungen einer Hochschulbibliothek ein, ergänzt sie als Werkzeug zur Publikationsverwaltung und unterstützt seine Anwender in Forschung und Lehre.

Customized planning, engineering and build-up of factory plants are very complex tasks, where project management contains lots of risks and uncertainties. Existing simulation techniques could help massively to evaluate these uncertainties and achieve improved and at least more robust plans during project management, but are typically not applied in industry, especially at SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises). This paper presents some results of the joint research project simject of the Universities of Paderborn and Kassel, which aims at the development of a demonstrator for a simulation-based and logistic-integrated project planning and scheduling. Based on the researched state-of-the-art, requirements and a planning process are derived and described, as well as a draft of the current technical infrastructure of the intended modular prototype. First plug-ins for project simulation and multi-project optimization are implemented and already show possible benefits for the project management process.

Exploiting social links is an important issue for enhancing ubiquitous knowledge engineering because they are a substitute for a wide range of properties depending on which relation spans the link: in case of human face-to-face contacts, similar locations or potential knowledge transfer for the people in contact can be derived. This information can be used to improve the quality of ubiquitous services as localization or recommendation systems. We capture this information by deploying active RFID setups at a variety of contexts. In this chapter, we focus especially on working groups and conferences and discuss and evaluate the achieved improvements using the gathered data.

Conditional Random Fields (CRF) are popular methods for labeling unstructured or textual data. Like many machine learning approaches, these undirected graphical models assume the instances to be independently distributed. However, in real-world applications data is grouped in a natural way, e.g., by its creation context. The instances in each group often share additional structural consistencies. This paper proposes a domain-independent method for exploiting these consistencies by combining two CRFs in a stacked learning framework. We apply rule learning collectively on the predictions of an initial CRF for one context to acquire descriptions of its specific properties. Then, we utilize these descriptions as dynamic and high quality features in an additional (stacked) CRF. The presented approach is evaluated with a real-world dataset for the segmentation of references and achieves a significant reduction of the labeling error.

So far, the quality of learning strategies has been considered primarily within the framework of the &ldquo;description paradigm&rdquo; by investigating the relationship between the use frequency of macrostrategies and achievement. The ADEQUA study is approaching the quality of learning strategic actions in a more finely grained fashion by rating the adequacy of discrete learning strategies at the microanalytical level. Specifically, the study scrutinizes the strategies used by secondary-level students of English as a foreign language while reading an English text in a self-regulated, cooperative learning environment. The strategies they used in overcoming comprehension difficulties were identified and rated on the basis of the students&rsquo; videotaped task performance as well as a stimulated recall procedure. In regression models, the adequacy of strategic actions is of major predictive power with considerable effect sizes for students&rsquo; achievement. The hypothesis-testing approach adopted here (i.e., to assess the adequacy of every discrete strategy used by means of highly inferential ratings), appears to be promising.

Universität und wissenschaftliches Publizieren gehören zusammen. Dabei kommt dem Publikationsmanagement an Hochschulen immer mehr an Bedeutung zu. Die Interessenlage ist vielschichtig. Autoren wünschen komfortable Arbeitsumgebungen, die Hochschulpräsidien benötigen Forschungsinformationen, und Bibliotheken stellen mit Reposi-torien Infrastrukturen zur Verfügung. Neue Trends im Bibliothekswesen bringen weitreichende Veränderungen technologischer und organisatorischer Art. Ausgehend von den Bedürfnissen von Autoren wurde an der Universität von Kassel ein Projekt namens PUMA aufgesetzt, um die verschiedenen Interessen in einer modernen Umgebung zusam-menzuführen. Innerhalb von PUMA finden Autoren neben einem Social-Bookmarking- und Bibliographie-System eine automatische Weitergabe ihrer Metadaten an Forschungs-informationssysteme, Repositorien und E-Learning-Systeme.

Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird die Notwendigkeit einer eindeutigen Autorenidentifikation (Persistant Author Identification - PAI) diskutiert und die bisher vorhandenen fachlichen, nationalen, überregionalen und kommerziellen Ansätze vorgestellt und erläutert. Es zeigt sich, dass die Entwicklung auf dem Sektor der Personennormdateien (authorithy records) mittels VIAF und ISNI auf einem guten Wege ist. Bei der notwendigen Zusammenführung der bisherigen Autoren-Identifikatoren in einem übergeordneten System könnte der neuen ORCID-Initiative große Bedeutung zukommen.

An den Hochschulen kommt der Förderung einer zeitgemäßen Publikationsumgebung steigende Bedeutung zu. Die Interessenlage ist vielschichtig. Autoren möchten eine komfortable Arbeitsumgebung, die Hochschulpräsidien benötigen Forschungsinformationen und die Bibliotheken wollen passende Informationsinfrastrukturen bereitzustellen. An der Universität Kassel wurde ausgehend vom Bedürfnis des wissenschaftlichen Autors in einem Pilotprojekt (PUMA) versucht, diese Interessen zu einem Publikationsmanagement zu vereinbaren. Für den Autor wird in PUMA bei deutlich geringerem Einsatz ein erheblicher Mehrwert dadurch generiert, dass bei nur einmaligen Anmelden mit dem Bibliotheks-Account ein Social-Bookmarking-System (BibSonomy) zur Verfügung steht, automatisiert Informationen an den Forschungsbericht weitergegeben, Metadaten und Dateien in Repositorien gestellt und Schriftenverzeichnisse (Curriculum Vitae) für Homepages etc. erstellt werden können.

Why do people tag? Users have mostly avoided annotating media such as photos -- both in desktop and mobile environments -- despite the many potential uses for annotations, including recall and retrieval. We investigate the incentives for annotation in Flickr, a popular web-based photo-sharing system, and ZoneTag, a cameraphone photo capture and annotation tool that uploads images to Flickr. In Flickr, annotation (as textual tags) serves both personal and social purposes, increasing incentives for tagging and resulting in a relatively high number of annotations. ZoneTag, in turn, makes it easier to tag cameraphone photos that are uploaded to Flickr by allowing annotation and suggesting relevant tags immediately after capture.</p> <p>A qualitative study of ZoneTag/Flickr users exposed various tagging patterns and emerging motivations for photo annotation. We offer a taxonomy of motivations for annotation in this system along two dimensions (sociality and function), and explore the various factors that people consider when tagging their photos. Our findings suggest implications for the design of digital photo organization and sharing applications, as well as other applications that incorporate user-based annotation.

Der Beitrag beschreibt die Ein- und Durchführung einer Server-basierten Computerinfrastruktur in einer Universitätsbibliothek. Beschrieben wird das so genannte MetaFrame-DV-Konzept der Universitätsbibliothek Kassel, das das dortige Informationsmanagement in den letzten vier Jahren initiiert, konzipiert und umgesetzt hat. Hierbei werden nunmehr nicht mehr nur Applikationsserver z.B. für das CD-Angebot eingesetzt, sondern sämtliche ca. 200 Mitarbeiter- und Funktionsarbeitsplätze über eine Citrix MetaFrame-Installation serverseitig betreut. Besonderes Augenmerk gilt in diesem Beitrag der Konfiguration, der praktischen Administration und den täglichen Arbeitsbedingungen an den Bibliotheksmitarbeiterarbeitsplätzen.

Through scenarios in the popular press and technical papers in the research literature, the promise of the Semantic Web has raised a number of different expectations. These expectations can be traced to three different perspectives on the Semantic Web. The Semantic Web is portrayed as: (1) a universal library, to be readily accessed and used by humans in a variety of information use contexts; (2) the backdrop for the work of computational agents completing sophisticated activities on behalf of their human counterparts; and (3) a method for federating particular knowledge bases and databases to perform anticipated tasks for humans and their agents. Each of these perspectives has both theoretical and pragmatic entailments, and a wealth of past experiences to guide and temper our expectations. In this paper, we examine all three perspectives from rhetorical, theoretical, and pragmatic viewpoints with an eye toward possible outcomes as Semantic Web efforts move forward.

Ausgehend von langfristigen Veränderungen im wissenschaftlichen Publikationswesen und in der Informationsvermittlung werden die Bedingungen und möglichen Folgen dieser Entwicklung beleuchtet. Je nach Standpunkt haben Bibliothekare, Verleger oder Wissenschaftsautoren unterschiedliche Wahrnehmungen von dem, was eine (digitale) Bibliothek ausmacht. Bespielhaft wird die Funtionalität des hessischen Digibib-Projektes beschrieben, in dem Standard Such- und Retrieval-Protokolle (Z39.50, HTTP) für den Anschluß von OPAC und Client-Server-Datenbanken mit Volltextsammlungen sorgen.

Im Informationszeitalter erhalten die Neuen Medien eine immer größer werdende Bedeutung. Lange Zeit galten gedruckte Informationen – häufig in Form von Büchern und Zeitschriften – als eigentliche Informationsquelle in den Bibliotheken. Mehr und mehr nehmen jedoch mittlerweile auch multimediale Anwendungen breiteren Raum ein, gilt es doch, sich den veränderten Lese- und insbesondere Informationsgewohnheiten anzupassen. Insbesondere sollen elektronische Informationsquellen und digitale Literatur erschlossen und bereitgestellt werden. Im Zuge dieser Entwicklung wurde durch die hessische Ministerin für Wissenschaft und Kunst am 11.11.1998 in der Gesamthochschulbibliothek Kassel eine neugeschaffene Multi-Media-Thek (MMT) eröffnet. In dieser Multimediathek sollen die Bibliotheksbenutzer die Möglichkeit erhalten, die Neuen Medien zu erkunden und gewinnbringend für ihre Fragestellungen einzusetzen. Neben den mittlerweile weiter verbreiteten Internetarbeitsplätzen haben die Benutzer Gelegenheit, an speziell ausgestatteten Arbeitsplätzen Audio- und Videoanwendungen zu testen. Die zur Verfügung stehenden Arbeitsplätze sind plattformübergreifend gestaltet, neben Windows NT-Rechnern können Macintosh-, Java- und Linux-Rechner benutzt werden. Alle PC-Systeme verfügen über hochauflösende Grafik- und Soundkarten, allerdings müssen zum Abhören von Audio-Medien, DVD’s oder Multimedia-CD’s entsprechende Kopfhörer aufgesetzt werden. Über WinCenter können auch auf Linux- und Macintosh-Rechnern CD-Applikationen aus dem GHB-internen CD-Server angewählt werden. Zur Auswahl stehen derzeit 140 Datenbanken, die zudem ergänzt werden durch entsprechende Datenbankzugriffe auf den Silverplatter-Server der GHB. In separaten Klein-Arbeitsräumen können Audio-Cassetten und Video-Bänder benutzt werden. Natürlich lassen sich auch herkömmliche Dias und Microfiches in den Räumen der MMT betrachten und Ausdrucke über den Reader-Printer bzw. über das Bibliotheksnetz auf einen zentralen Benutzer-Drucker (OCE-Drucksystem mit Entgeldregelung) machen. Als Auslegestelle für DIN-Normen kann im DIN-Katalog über Internet recherchiert und das Ergebnis der Recherche direkt im DIN-Bestand angesehen werden. In einem speziell eingerichteten Macintosh-Pool sind mittels Scanner, Grafikbearbeitungssoftware und OCR-Möglichkeit weitere Bedingungen für multimediales Arbeiten geschaffen. Sie sollen bei entsprechendem Bedarf um digitale Bildbearbeitung (Photo, Video) gegebenenfalls ergänzt werden. Die Bibliothek bietet in den Räumen der Multimediathek entsprechende Schulungen zur effektiven Nutzung der Rechnerausstattung an.

Das Handling digitaler Informationen und ihre Integration in bestehende Bibliotheksdienstleistungen sind heutzutage eine der wichtigsten Aufgaben von Bibliotheken. Am Beispiel der Bibliothek der Gesamthochschule Kassel wird gezeigt, wie die entwickelten Lösungen von den organisatorischen, funktionalen und baulichen Gegebenheiten beeinflußt worden sind. Beschrieben werden zudem die technische Plattformen sowie das Zusammenwirken unterschiedlicher Dienste bis hin zum Aufbau eines eigenen Verlages für elektronische Publikationen.
